Production Capacity
We manufacture ceramic, porcelain and stoneware for hotels, restaurants, retailers and brands. From selected small runs around 50 pieces to projects of 10,000 pieces and more, we plan around your needs, product mix and delivery requirements. These figures describe project quantities, not monthly output or a fixed delivery promise.

What determines capacity
A 1,000-piece single-form order in one glaze is planned differently from a 200-piece order split across many colors, logos and packaging formats. The quotation therefore confirms both quantity and production timing after the complete brief is known.
Planning bands
Useful for selected commercial projects, first brand runs and focused assortments where the form, color split and branding method support the quantity.
A common range for broader wholesale programs, coordinated colorways and repeat retailer production.
Production is scheduled around kiln load, mold throughput, glaze batches, components and packing so output remains controlled.
Larger runs can be produced when the specification and schedule are planned in advance. Exact timing is confirmed before order acceptance.
Repeat programs
Approved forms, glaze directions, branding and packaging references can be used to guide repeat production. Changes between runs are reviewed before scheduling so they do not silently alter the approved product.

Project timing
Samples can often be completed within 15 business days, depending on the project; some are ready sooner.
Mold development generally takes a similar period of around 15 business days, depending on the form and complexity.
We confirm the production schedule after reviewing quantity, approved samples, material, glaze, packaging and the required delivery date.
These stages may overlap or follow one another. We agree their starting points and the full project timeline with you; sampling time is not the total delivery time.
